Working Principle

This paper egg tray machine works with a pure physical process with no chemical additives, ensuring safe and green production.

First, waste paper and water are mixed and crushed into smooth paper pulp, with all impurities filtered out.

The vacuum system then sucks the pulp onto custom molds to form wet trays.

After demolding, the wet trays are dried by natural wind or hot air to remove moisture, turning into neat, firm and qualified finished products.
